Choc Chip Protein Cookies
These choc chip protein cookies are like the hug you didn’t know you needed! 🤗
Ingredients
🍪 1 cup mashed overripe bananas
🍪 2 tsp vanilla extract
🍪 ⅓ cup coconut sugar
🍪 ⅓ cup peanut butter
🍪 ¼ tsp fine sea salt
🍪 ¾ cup Raw Sport Elite Repair Protein - Chocolate & Vanilla
🍪 1 tbsp cocoa powder
🍪 1 tsp baking powder
🍪 ½ cup rolled oats
🍪 ⅓ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180* C, and line your baking tray with baking paper. Place your bananas in a mixing bowl, and mash with a fork. Whisk in the vanilla, coconut sugar, and peanut butter. Next, in a medium-size bowl whisk together your dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips). Pour dry ingredients into wet, and stir to combine. Mix in the chocolate chips. Scoop 3 tablespoons of dough per cookie and roll into a smooth ball. Gently flatten each cookie into a thick patty shape and place on the baking paper. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes, let cool on the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
Tip: Cookies can be frozen for up to 30 days.
