Golden Turmeric Latte

Sunshine in a cup! ☀️

Golden milk, Curcumin, or turmeric latte - whatever you call it, this warming, nourishing beverage is perfect as an anti-inflammatory post-workout drink, with the added benefit of boosting your immune system as the weather cools. A pinch of black pepper is vital for your body to absorb the active ingredients.


☀️ 1 cup plant-based milk (we 💚 @olaokja oat milk but coconut milk is also great). 

☀️ 1 serving Vanilla Raw Sport Repair Protein

☀️ 1  tbsp ground turmeric

☀️ 1  tbsp fresh ginger (grated) 

☀️ 1 tsp cinnamon

☀️ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or powder

☀️ 1/4 tsp black pepper 

☀️ Optional: 1 tbsp sweetener of choice


While you gently warm your milk in a saucepan (don’t let it boil), blend all the other ingredients together in your blender. Then add the warm milk and blend together for a further 2 minutes. Serve while it’s still warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
