Delicious Pecan Nut & Raisin Protein Muffins 🍪 Gluten and Dairy Free ✅

Ingredients :
🔸1 cup almond flour
🔸1 cup RAW SPORT @rawsport_sa Vanoffee Diet Protein
🔸3/4 cup coconut sugar
🔸1/2 teaspoon salt
🔸2 table spoons flaxseed ground
🔸100ml water
🔸1/3 cup Coconut Oil room temperature
🔸2 tablespoon maple syrup
🔸1 cup raw pecans chopped
🔸1/2 cup raisins
🔸Servings: 10-12 muffins

Instructions in 7 steps :

1. Preheat the oven to 180° and grease a muffin pan
2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, RAW SPORT Diet Protein coconut sugar, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl mix ground flaxseed with the water (egg replacer)💧
4. Add flaxseed mix, coconut oil, and maple syrup and mix well. Stir in the pecans and raisins and scoop into the muffin pan. 🍪
5. Bake for 25 minutes- the edges should be slightly brown.
6. Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely. Can be stored at room temperature for 3 days, refrigerate if storing longer than that.
7. Enjoy these muffins as a pre or post workout energy boost! ☄️💪🏽
