Vegan Banana Protein Bread
As the days get cooler, we’re doing comfort food the right way. This #vegan high protein banana bread tastes just like your grandma’s recipe - only better. 🍌🍞🤤

Ingredients
4 large, ripe bananas
2 cups almond flour
1 cup cassava flour, spooned & leveled
3 scoops Raw Sport Elite Repair Vanilla Cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 cup water

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel and mash bananas in a large mixing bowl, then add remaining ingredients, mixing well to combine (batter should be thick). Scoop batter into a lined 20 x 10 cm baking pan, using a spatula to push the batter to the edges and smooth out the top. Bake for 60 minutes, then cool in the pan to room temperature. Store in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy!
