ENDURE PERFORMANCE

Raw Sport ENDURE is the way to fuel endurance training and racing. Endure's unique formula has been extensively trialed and field tested to ensure optimal nutrition whilst being easy on your digestive system. Training with ENDURE enables performance at a high intensity for longer durations, helping to take performance to the next level.

Numerous studies show that during a consistent endurance effort, the body can efficiently process around 90g of carbohydrates per hour when built in the right combination. Depending on training intensity 1-2 servings of ENDURE provides the exact combination of carbohydrate in precise amounts, delivering a two-pronged attack towards training and racing. Consuming 1 serving of ENDURE per hour will deliver 43g of carbs, perfect for those sustained training efforts. When needing to fuel a more intense training session, or for Race Day itself, consume 2 servings of ENDURE per hour.

FRUCTOSE 99.5% CRYSTALS

Crystalline Fructose, the crystalline form of fructose, a food additive made from corn or sugar (sugar cane). Due to its high sweetness among natural sugars, low Glycemic index and low calories, crystalline fructose is used commonly in health food. Fructose is a very sweet, naturally occurring caloric sweetener. It can come from fruits, fruit juices, honey, and even some vegetables. Pure fructose is also much sweeter than other types of sugar.

CRYSTALLINE A-D-GLUCOSE

CRYSTALLINE GLUCOSE is a product in the form of crystalline fine white powder obtained during enzymatic hydrolysis of starch. It contains over 99% of pure glucose. Anhydrous Dextrose is the anhydrous form of D-glucose, a natural monosaccharide and carbohydrate.

Dextrose serves to replenish lost nutrients and electrolytes.

MALTODEXTRIN

Every tiny piece of maltodextrin contains short chains of sugars.

FRUCTO-0LIGOSACCHARIDE (FOS)

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are oligosaccharides that occur naturally in plants such as onion, chicory, garlic, asparagus, banana, artichoke, among many others. They are composed of linear chains of fructose units. FOS: The prebiotic fructooligosaccharide (FOS) is found naturally in many foods such as wheat, onions, bananas, honey, garlic, or leeks. They can also be isolated from chicory root or synthesized enzymatically from sucrose.

TRIPOTASSIUM CITRATE, TRISODIUM CITRATE. CITRIC ACID.

Tripotassium citrate, potassium citrate is the potassium salt of citric acid, an organic acid naturally found in citrus fruit. Trisodium citrate dihydrate is a natural, odourless and colourless crystalline substance with a salty and slightly tart taste.

MALIC ACID

The name malic is from the Latin for apple, malum. Malic acid is found in other fruits such as grapes, watermelons, cherries and in vegetables such as carrots and broccoli.

STEVIA

We use a tiny amount of stevia extract to enhance the flavour. Stevia is a herb from South America that is 200 times sweeter than sugar. Unlike sugar it has zero calories and doesn't cause a spike in blood sugars. Stevia is a superior sweetener that doesn't have a negative effect on gut bacteria.

BEETROOT JUICE POWDER

Beetroot juice powder is good for cardiovascular and blood health. Nitrates convert into nitric oxide, a molecule that dilates blood vessels to help increase blood flow, which helps pretty much every function in the body. Even better? Beetroot powder contains more concentrated levels of nitrates than whole beets. Beetroot juice's ability to enhance athletic performance is due to its nitrate content, SuperBeets may provide similar benefits - though definitive studies are lacking. Nitrates and other compounds in beets may help prevent heart disease, fight cancer, and improve athletic performance.

When/How to take?

Add 50g of ENDURE to 500ml of water or drink of choice. Ensure the bottle is closed and shake well. Consume up to 2 servings per hour. Either make up a serving with just water, or, add a splash of your favorite juice or squash to create a drink suited to your individual taste buds!
